Now to be fair to the manufacturers, these were clearly meant to be dummy props, and not intended for actual use in any bedroom set. The only reason my mom bought them is because a local furniture store is shuttering this year, and they’re trying to get rid of everything! But, despite this, these still validate my long-held belief that if manufacturers would actually do their jobs (and NOT systematically cut corners) we could actually own things again. Or at least own things that don’t snow literal plastic. I’m just saying…
